On upper Critical Fields of Layered Superconductors Nb_<1-x>Ta_xSe_2(Superconductivity・Intercalation)

The superconducting transition temperature T_c and the upper critical field H_<c2> of the Nb_<1-x>Ta_xSe_2 system have been measured by a resistive method. The increase of the anisotropy ratio H_<c2//>/H_<c2-> has been found by addition of Ta. Analysis shows that this alloy compound. is treated as a three-dimensional superconductor with a strong anisotopy
