The Hall coefficient of 1T-TaS_2 Single crystal was measured from 360K to 1.4K. An abrupt change of the sign was observed in the Hall coefficient at the nearly commensurate-commensurate phase transition temperature, ca.200K. The transverse magnetoresistance was also measured in the magnetic field up to 100kOe in the poor conductive region corresponding to the commensurate CDW state The magnetoresistance showed anomalous behaviors of large absolute values of positive and negative depending on the field and the temperature.
