In order to develop the utility of the waste blood of sheep and cow, authors have studied inclusion of the porphyrins and hemoglobin into the white ghosts prepared from the blood of sheep and bovine by absorption spectroscopy. To improve the enclosing ways effeciently, the conditions of enclosure were investigated about the volume ratio of the white ghosts suspension to the added material solution, and the repeating times of the enclosing and taking-out operations. Enclosing percentage in the bovines ghost membrane is higher than the percentage in the sheep's, especially as to a hemoglobin. The enclosure was more effective in the case of 5:1 than 3:1 for the above ratio. When repeated the on-off operations for inclusion with the sheep's ghost, tetraphenylporphintetrasulfonate complex became more penetrated with the repeating times.
