• The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the central city growth to the structure of the perpheral area. We analyze the influences of the growth of Sapporo city on the population, industory and local finace structures on H. town area. We constructed the regional system model of the peripheral area which contains economic relationship between central and peripheral cities and we simulated this model under some assumptions.
