China is aiming at high economic growth. This is to promote economic reform by avoiding high ratio of unemployment, lack of fiscal revenue, etc. However, by taking the high economic growth policy, China cannot avoid various serious problems, such as non - performing loans, accumulation of the national debt, heavy indebtedness upon foreign enterprises, enlargement of the difference of incomes, increase of unemployment, difficulty of solving the various problems of rural area, repeated investment and oversupply, pollution and lack of water, etc. Recently, direct investment to China is once again increasing. Investors to China should study well before making decisions, especially as to the risk peculiar to today's China.
