The purpose of this research is to search for the beginning to establish "Records method" that is the means of the information systematizing of community work practice in the citizen's participation style service supply organization. The research method analyzes mainly the activity records of "Kurashi-no-Tasukeai-no-kai " of Miyagi Co-operation that is the home welfare services in the citizen's participation style supply organization of the approach of the practice of "Make to the records". The following three hypotheses needed to establish the records method of the community work practice of the home welfare services in the citizen's participation style supply organization as a research result were able to be obtained. 1. Motivation to "Records" The organization or the practice persons should obtain the opportunity or the experience of enhancing value and recognition to "Records" made a character. 2. Interactive of "Records" This is seems to relate to the rise of the practice person's motives putting it, and the device because of the flow of "Records" to interactive is to mortgage "Spontaneity" of practice persons. 3. Utilization and welfare information systematizing of "Records" To share more accurate information, the development of the process of information systematizing that makes the best use of the construction of the system where "Records" flows in relating about interactive, that is, "Records" will have become more important.
