The main discourse summarizes the present condition and also the practice of the support of the students that have an obstacle in this school, especially be tried that searches after the direction nature that an obstacle student support should be, through the analysis of the visit record results by the teacher at the time of the practice in the field of social work, to approach the present condition and also the subject of the practice in the field of social work assignment support of the students that have an obstacle. The obstacle students support in this school makes to materialize 'Normalization' in "higher education and also the ideas are the substantial security of the study right of the obstacle students", and the systematic continuous support to the students that have an obstacle be carrying out as the university business. One of the attainable points of the study support of the students that have an obstacle in this school is the support to an auditory difficulties student. The possible condition of the practice reception of an obstacle student that has these 4 important matters are included at least, "the barrier-free degree of the practice institution", "the possibility of the self-dependent commuting of a student", "the possibility of self-dependent movement of a student and also the need of a care", "the possibility of the individualization of the practice programs"; it became clear by the visit record results. In this case we observed the present condition of "the social work practice committee" from the viewpoint called the study support of the students that have an obstacle in this school, we don't think that we are sure the faculty is sufficient for it. Therefore, we think that the examination such as the independence of the business regarding the practice in the field of social work support center is necessary, to clarify the positioning of "a social work practice committee" to the on-campus target. Furthermore, we think that we should catch in relation to the interactions of 3 elements of "the practice tip", "the university", "and the students" in the practice in the field of social work. We point out 2 points of the strength; (1) Individualizing of the practice in the field of social work. (2) Coordinating with the information collection in the practice tip, as the subject on the practice education and also the practice in the field of social work assignment. As, the future direction nature, as for we think, the exertion on the side of such an university that this "the individualization" becomes the universal standard of the value is important, the presence of an obstacle of the students be thought that it is desirable to become a secondary important matter on the occasion of the practice in the field of social work assignment.
