• In this paper a new conception of light pollution-the generalized light pollution for expressing the light pollution completely, witch includes some expressions and properties such as glare of light, radiating pollution, light overflow, visual humdrum, color unbalance, visual defilade and frequency coruscate. Based on this conception. The new conception proposed a new technical standard for unbar light landscape design.
