This article analyzes the Specail Support Education (Tokubetsu Shien Kyouiku) and the implication for the effective delivery. The points I wish to stress are interactions among curriculum, supports and decision of placement for the children with disabilities. An analysis of how three interrelated components can be applied in curriculum modifications. Finally, their implications to promote Special Support Education are discussed.
