female whose chief complaint was anterior crossbite, was diagnosed to have Angle Class III malocclusion, anterior/posterior crossbite, severe crowding in the maxilla, and a skeletal Class III relationship. Since the patient did not accept orthognathic surgery, we decided for non-surgical camouflage orthodontic treatment. After expansion of the maxillary arch and extraction of the left mandibular second molar, the mandible exhibited a clockwise rotation. After checking the stability of the mandibular position, edgewise appliances were placed on both jaws following the extraction of bilateral maxillary first premolars and mandibular second premolars. After active treatment, a fine inter-cuspal relationship of the teeth with Class I molar and canine relationships, and proper overjet and overbite was achieved. The occlusion was functionally maintained after the retention period.
