Thermally stimulated current spectra were investigated for ion-injected teflon-FEP film electrets which were positively charged by the liquid-contact charging method using water or aqueous solutions of various electrolytes such as LiN0_3, NaCl, RbCl, MgCl_2, AlCl_3, Kl and CaCl_2. TSC from these electrets showed two peaks at about 90℃ and I30℃. The relative peak intensity of the sharp peak at 90℃ was strongly affected by the kind and the concentration of the electrolytes used for charging, and it is concluded that this sharp peak is due to the mobile ions injected into the polymer.
