The electrical resistivity, R, and its temperature derivative, dR/dT, have been measured for Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_<6+x> as a function of temperature from 400℃ up to 750℃. Both R and dR/dT reveal anomalous increments between about 450℃ and 580℃. The increments in resistivity (excess resistivity), ΔR, and dR/dT have peaks at around 550±20℃. From the thermogravimetric measurements for the Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_<6+x> samples, an anomaly was found to occur near the structural phase transition temperature. A possible origin of the anomaly is also discussed.
