The core structures of end-on dislocations at a low angle tilt boundary in white tin have been observed using high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM). HREM observation shows that the tilt boundary is constructed by alternate arrangements of a 1/2<111> perfect dislocation and two 1/2<010> imperfect dislocations.
