Ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) is investigated on (Gd_<1-x>Co_x)_<1-y>Eu_y alloy thin films (Co rich;x〜0.85) in a temperature region between 77 K and 400 K with variation of Eu concentration. Effective magnetization and g-value determined using Kittel's formula depend on the Eu concentration. At 77 K g-value is nearly constant at low concentration, however, it shows an abrupt increase at y=0.10. The Co moment is almost cancelled by Eu and Gd spins at this concentration. A possible model is proposed to explain the experiments.
