Electron temperature anisotropy has recently been shown through X-ray spectrum experiments and numerical analyses. It is well known that temperature anisotropy causes many kinds of microscopic instabilities, suchas self-generation of magnetic fields. There have been many reports about the observation of strong magnetic fields in ultra-intense lasers. It is important to simulate a plasma system using three-dimensional models and methods in order to investigate many types of temperature anisotropy, three-dimevasional structures and nonlinear phenomena related to these large-amplitude magnetic fields. In this work, we will demonstrate 3-D particle-in-cell(PIC) simulation and compare the results with recent data.
