We report the effect of calcining and heating temperature on the structure and superconductivity of the Tl-based superconductors, TlBaSrCaCuO. It was found that a CuO_2 3-layer nearly single phase (1223 phase) was obtained at heating temperature over 865℃, and CuO_2 2-layer phases (2212 and 1212 phases) were obtained at heating temperature under 860℃.
