A new type of three-horned multishell fullerenes with C_3 symmetry has been discovered in deposits on arc discharge electrode using a high-resolution electron microscope. The observed images indicate that these fullerenes consist of three horns and concave horn joints. We also propose a model that involves three seven-membered rings at the horn joints and fifteen five-membered rings at horn caps. The formation of the fullerenes with negative curvature is accompanied by minimum numbers of unstable five-membered and seven-membered rings.
