A microdrop was created by stopping an electron probe on the surface of hydrated metaphosphoric acid. It was photographed for various sizes of specimen, accelerating voltage of the probe and irradiation time. The mechanism of microdrop creation was explained by Laplace's equation, p-p'=2γ/R, where p and p' show the vapor pressure of water in the specimen and in the instrument, γ and R show the surface tension and the radius of the specimen. p is increased locally by the irradiation, and a new droplet with small R is created. The microdrop was found not to be decreased under a limited diameter D_<min>, 1.1 μm for this specimen. A liquid smaller than the minimum drop is free from surface energy and behaves as a super (lubricant) liquid by a change in structure. The normal-super transformation of liquids explains many problems lying in micron region.
