Analytical formulas on the output power and oscillation frequency including frequency-pulling are derived near the line-center frequency as a function of the measure of the partially homogeneous broadening, i.e. the ratio of the Lorentzian to Doppler linewidths, for a unidirectionally-operated, single-mode ring laser with a slightly-saturated gain medium. The numerically calculated results are also discussed, together with the validity of these formulas.
