概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
SnO_2 single crystals have been grown by a process which involves the production of SnO(g) by the oxidation of tin followed by subsequent reoxidation and deposition. By using low growth temperatures, crystals with high purity have been obtained. The properties of grown crystals are also presented.
