A method has been devised to assure positiveness of k and e in the computation of the k-e turbulence model. That is to express k and e as exponentials of newly defined variables m and n. The validity of the present scheme is demonstrated by computing two-dimensional channel flows starting with constant initial flow and reversed initial flow. Fully time-implicit three-point wall function method is used as the solid wall boundary condition.
