Ship design routine in shipbuilding business has a production engineering aspect to produce drawings, besides its usual function of designing proper. Therefore, inadequate production control in this design stage brings about ceaseless anxieties concerning the issue of drawings being delayad, and accordingly it retards the levelling up of the proper functional abilities. From this point of view, the author has developed the SASP (Sasebo Scheduling Programme) for the use of this stage, employing ordinary network technique but applying it with his psychological speculation on the actual design procedure in the shipyard.
