Two methods of Monte-Carlo simulation utilizing the extremal probability were tride to evaluate multi-folded integrals of joint density function of random variables involved in the structural safety analysis. It was not found that, when the conditions for several modes of failure should be considered and they are dependent on each other, a rather straight forward simulation with extremal probability with respect to one or more of the random variables is recommended since it's computer time can be reasonably reduced and yet the procedure is as simple as the crude Monte-Carlo method.
