• Adsorption isotherms for adsorption of metal ions on yeast cells were determined at varied cell concentrations. The mass of adsorbed metal per unit weight of the cells at an equilibrium metal concentration was largely dependent on the cell con-centration. An experimental equation was presented, relating the included para-meters.
