In this paper, a green organic light emitting diode(OLED)with long lifetime was realized by Quinacridone(QA)doped device. The half decay time of 14000h at initial luminance of 100cd/m^2 was achieved. A white OLED with the CIE coordinates x=0.32, y=0.38, the maximum luminance 14852cd/m^2, the luminance of 878cd/m^2. Under current density of 20mA/cm^2, maximum efficiency of 2.88lm/W was constructed by doping both blue dye and red dye in emitting layer. This white cell shows half decay time of over 2000 hours at initial luminance of 100cd/m^2.
