概要

• Adult morphological characters, distribution, and biology of the genus Onycholyda are concisely reviewed and 23 world species are listed. Pamphilius armatus MAA and P. micans MAA both from China, are transferred to Onycholyda. Two new species of Onycholyda, decorata and moriutii, are described from Japan, and a key for separating eight Japanese species is given.
