The larvae of Dinarthrodes complicata, D. satoi and D. nukabiraensis were described. The developmental changes of the larvae and the cases of the four species, including D. japonica, were studied. The arrangement of abdominal gills which essentially distinguished the larvae of the four species appear on the fourth instar larvae of each species. And on the same instar, the case materials are changed from sand particle to plant leaf.
