概要

• Many factors influencing on radiation dose to the patients particularly in the technical field are studied recently. This symposium also is planned for the purpose to extend a technical knowledge to radiological technicians. However there still are several problems or factors which were not interested generally. In this paper four of these factors are described, that is, a distance between technical knowledge and administration, sense and conscience of apparatus manufacturers, human factors or technicians, and X-ray service problems in practitioner's office. Details written in English will be published elsewhere.
