In case of repeater chains which make use of line codes to recover clock component with logic processing, the number of repeater is limited by type. A jitter accumulation. Type A jitter suppression in a repeater chain using 1B4B line code has been reported in a previous paper. Experimental result using 3B4B/1B4B line code will be investigated in this paper.
