Wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) transceiver module for fiber to the home (FTTH) application is presented. Low cost design is achieved by the transfer-rnolded p[astic package and a buiJt-in poJymar waveguide. By the optimization of the mold process, operation at wide temperature range from -40 to 85 ℃ is achieved.
