This is a report on a philosophy meeting for Japanese software engineering students. The purpose and scale of the meeting were first discussed. Then, the history of the class and the list of books, which are read, are showed. In this meeting we discussed about the nature of an object or thing, a concern, or an abstraction. The class was developed so that students could broaden their view of the discipline of software engineering. In the end, we showed a conceptual model description language called BDL, which we developed. This paper describes three years of meeting activities.
