• This paper introduces the CABIN (Computer Augmented Booth for Image Navigation) multiscreen display system which was designed and developed at the Intelligent Modeling Laboratory (IML) at the University of Tokyo. Firstly, the features of the CABIN system, such as its glass floor screen, its capability for real image projection, and its parallel computer graphics workstation configuration, are discussed. Next, the introduction of several applications which will be based on CABIN technology are discussed briefly.
