• This paper proposes a method to evaluate organizational knowledge sharing by simulation. Although many companies try to share knowledge within the organization, there is no established method to evaluate its cost effectiveness. Limiting the purpose of knowledge sharing to its reuse, we can consider its efficiency as a key factor for analysis. This paper expresses organizational knowledge sharing through a modeling of knowledge acquisition, storing and reuse. Then, we can find the superiority conditions for the personalization strategy and the codification strategy. Considering the results of simulation, we make a recommendation for IT-driven knowledge sharing.
