Biofeedback control of heart rate increase was examined in sinus bradycardic subjects of mild degree. They were devided into three groups (A, B, C). A group performed simple biofeedback monitoring, B and C groups performed operant bofedback training. The group control study between A and B groups showed that operant BFT was better in the training of HR increase. In C group, the subjects were sinus bradycardic with symptoms and were able to speed up HR in the phases of trial blocks and subsessions with better success rate in the latter learning period. The mastery of self-regulatory HR increase was observed in the pretest values of HR between the first and last session. Physical examination and subjects' reports indicated that 6 were less in PVC and/or vertigo. The maintenance period was between 2 weeks and over 1 year.
