In auditory alpha feedback training, each of the subjects reveals an individual character of conscious perception when he received the feedback information. The excitation sent from the auditory receptors is transmitted to the central nervous system (CNS) and processed there becomes a sensory impression and then a perception only when the CNS is associated with a subject capable of consciousness. We have experienced conscious perceptions as very personal events. In our study, we examined how to strengthens the subject's willing to enhance the alpha activity during the feedback training. Some different feedback information were used in the training. The results of our experiments suggest that the subjects' thought especially self-persuasion plays an important role in alpha activity enhancement.
