In the first report, it was presented the influence on the aging effect of the final reduction, using some specimens which had various different diameters. And in the second report, it was presented the influence of final reduction and condition of heat treatment on the aging effect, using the same diameter specimens which had various different degrees of reduction. In the present report, the results obtained by electric resistance measurement and electron microscopic observation were presented. That is to say, the strain-aging phenomenon of Co-Cr alloy wires was investigated with electric resistance measurement method, and several particular behaviors were observed in accordance with the remarkable changes in the electron microscopic structure. The results obtained were as follows : 1. When the cold worked Co-Cr alloy wires were annealed, the age hardening behavior appeared in two steps. 2. The most suitable temperature for heat treatment of Co-Cr alloy wires was about 500℃, and the proper aging time at this temperature was from 10 to 60 minutes. 3. The influence of reduction on the aging behavior was evident especially when the degree of reduction was greater than 30%. 4. The cause of aging phenomenon of these alloy might be principlly Suzuki's Effect, judging from the results of electric resistance measurement, although the stacking faults and the deposits could not be found sufficiently by the electron microscopic observation.
