In order to study the fate of tin in biological materials, neutron activation analysis was applied to determine the distribution of tin in mice injected with tin(II) chloride. The concentrations of tin in several tissues can be determined by using 332 keV r-ray of 125m_<sn>. Applications of ^<119>Sn-Mossbauer spectroscopy to such systems were also studied to determine nondestructively the chemical states of tin.
