We developed a wristwatch having an all-solid-state digital recording and regenerating function obtained by the latest semiconductor technique, and the products are now on the market. The all-solid-state recording and regenerating function is accomplished by using ADM process. Further, we developed a microphone-speaker which is capable to input and output the voice. 16K bit static RAM is utilized as a recording memory medium and the circuit block is constructed with two printed circuit boards so that LSI and other elements are packed in small and assembled easily. Thus, this construction prevents the assembling yield from lowering.
