概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Two cases of QT prolongation and torsades de pointes (TdP) are presented. The patients had been taking clarithromycin (400mg/day) for respiratory disease. Although erythromycin is reportedly associated with TdP, this is the first report of clarithromycin associated with TdP in the absence of other drugs already known to produce QT prolongation.
