1) By the 1 gr./kgr. of butter administration, whole blood clotting time, Factor 7 activity, thrombotest were significantly accerelated in both normal and coronary subjects. 2) Importance of serum lipoprotein levels to the accerelation of blood clotting time were discussed. 3) With special regards to blood lipids and fatty acid comppsitions, prominence of heparin as an anticoagulant is demonstrated.
