The "Database on Heat Resistant Alloys" was developed by the New Material Center (NMC) of the Foundation of Osaka Science and Technology Center, Japan. This database is published in the form of CD-ROM consisting of "Proof Database" and "Visual Database", namely sequential data database and researchable HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) database. This database includes the data in the selected 240 technical papers published in 1980-1992. This paper introduces the construction and utilization of the database. This paper also shows results of analyses of the mechanical properties of static and creep properties for heat resistant alloys and indicates that the database is useful for understanding the material properties of heat resistant alloys.
