For the purpose of checking the accuracy of the analysis made in the 1 st Report, the theoretical values and the experimental results are compared as to the thickness of liquid film on the rotating disk. A change of the electrical reistance caused by the change of the thickness of liquid film is applied as a measuring principle. The measuring accuracy obtained is about ±0.02mm. In the experiments including a wide range of Reynolds' numbers R_<〓0>=200〜18000 and the parameters m=0〜0.8,experimental values agree well with the theoretical results at R_<〓0>≧1000. At R._0=200〜500 several percent error is recognized soon after the boundary-layer develops up to the free surface.
