Flexural Wave Propagation in a Thin Plate with Circular Holes

This paper deals with the problems of transverse and torsional wave propagation in an infinite thin elastic plate with circular holes. The dynamical moment concentrations along holes are obtained and compared with those for a single hole. When the wave length becomes infinity, it is ascertained that the dynamical solutions tend to statical ones.
