It has been scarcely known to us how to find the methods to substantially compute the frequency of the turbine disc wheels during rotation. Therefore, according to such a method of pursuing the statical frequency of the disc wheels rectilineally variable to the thickness as developed in 1st report, the frequency during rotation has been computed on each nodal diameter considering the influence of centrifugal force due to the rotation. We compared with the experimental result obtained by Mr.Campbell, General Electric Co., U.S.A., in 1924 and of our own study. Consequently we have also found what so-called Mr.Campbell's speed coefficient "Bvalue"-introduced in his f_r=[numerical formula]-will show a trend of value to be taken on each nodal diameter.
