Diagnostic system for a reactor water clean-up pump (CUW pump) was developed. The degradation simulation tests respecting bearing wear, shaft curvature, etc. were performed, and change of the pump condition (vibration and process) when the degradation progresses was clarified. Furthermore, the technique was developed for quantitative evaluation of the degradation by the pump vibration analysis model that evaluates the pump condition when the degradation progresses. Based on this technique, the diagnostic system that diagnoses pump condition from vibration data and process data was developed and evaluated for about actual pump data.
