Intrameatal Aneurysm Successfully Treated by Meatal Loop Trapping : Case Report

クモ膜下出血のため突然の頭痛、右聴カ低下、耳鳴、めまいで発症した、稀なintrameatal aneurysm (IMA)の77歳女性例を報告した。脳幹機能を評価しながらmeatal loop trappingを施行した。術後、右聴力改善を含めて、ほぼ完全な機能回復が得られた。この理由として、術中の第7, 8脳神経の温存と、前下小脳動脈潅流域の効果的な側副血行の存在が推測された。本例は、機能障害を後遺することなく回復した初めてのIMA症例である。
