A 71-year-old female presented with a rare case of ruptured aneurysm on the distal persistent trigeminal artery(PTA)variant trunk. The endovascular approach was used to successfully occhde the proximal PTA variant, as direct catheter approach to the PTA variant aneurysm on the distal portion was prevented by the tortuous course of the vessel. She was disgharged without neurological deficit.
