Xu(.qp/N)' for .qp/N< l, xvhereA5 and g are the slowest relax?ttion rate within each blab and the ntrrnber of' segments per blob,respectively. The corresponding relaxation modes show the Rouse-like behavior. For tlae per-pendicular conuponents, the beharvior of the pth sloxvest relaxation rate ,x: is consistent with thescaling prediction X,{ ':: X5 for gp/a'J< l, The behavior of the corresponding relaxation modesis consistent with the blob picture.
