Microscopic studies on tlte band structures of ""'Se and "Kr are performed. Tltemethod is based on tlte angular naomentttm and tlve particle number conserved Oar-tree-Fock-Bogoliubov approach. For the effective i?tteractioua sliglatly renormalizedG-matrix which is derived froun the Bonn OBEP is employed. Two quasiparticle oxcitations in tlae intrinsic configurations are shown'to laave crucial role in determinixtgthe y-band moment of inertia in these nuclei. Tlae observed features of tlve )'-band in"Se are well reproduced in our framework. The quality of our resulting w'avefurac-tions are analyzed by calculating both one nucleon transfer spectroscopic amplitudesand tlae energy levels belouaging to the several bautds in tlae neiglaboring odd massnuclei. Tlae calculated quantities well reproduce the exj:>erimental data.
