The Hubbard model is examined in the strong correlation limit within theframework of the Hubbard-I-type simple-decoupling method of the Green's funclions. The decouplings are made with the projection operators. The transition temper-ature T. of the ,s'- and d-wave superconductivity due to the superexchange interactionis calculated as a function of the hole concentration d. The resultant T becomes zeroas J = 0 and i = l, and can have appreciable values in some regions of (>. The d-wavesuperconductivity is favorable when d - l / 3, while .s'-wave state is favorable in otherregions.
